Ordering takes less than 60 seconds. Simply tap the Order on WhatsApp button on any meal card — it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message with your meal, plan, and details. Just send it and we confirm.
Yes — just send us a WhatsApp message before 9 PM the previous evening and we'll update your order. Changes after that may not be possible as cooking starts early morning.
No minimum. You can start with our 3-Day Trial — just 3 deliveries to try the food before committing to a longer plan. Single-day orders are not available, but the 3-day trial is the easiest way to start.
Absolutely. Just mention the delivery name and address when you WhatsApp us. Many customers order on behalf of parents, siblings, or office colleagues. You can also increase the quantity per meal if multiple people need tiffin at the same address.
We currently deliver across Pimple Gurav, Old Sangvi, New Sangvi, Pimple Saudagar, Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Aundh, and Dapodi. Delivery charge varies by distance from our kitchen.
Lunch tiffins are delivered between 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. Dinner tiffins between 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Exact timing depends on your location within the delivery route. If you need a specific window, just let us know on WhatsApp and we'll try our best.
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a rest day for our kitchen. On public holidays, delivery availability may vary — we always inform customers at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp so you can plan ahead.
3-Day Trial: 3 deliveries at the base per-meal price. Perfect for first-timers who want to try before committing.
Weekly Plan: 6 deliveries (Mon–Sat) at a slightly lower per-meal price — roughly 5–6% off the trial rate.
Monthly Plan: 25 deliveries at the lowest per-meal price — up to 14–47% off depending on the meal. Best value if you want daily homemade lunch.
Yes — no lock-in, no contracts. Just send us a WhatsApp message before 9 PM to pause or stop deliveries for any day. Going on vacation? We'll pause your plan and resume when you're back. Cancelled days can be carried forward or adjusted.
We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and cash. Payment details are shared after confirming your order on WhatsApp. We typically collect payment at the start of each plan cycle. No advance payment required for trial orders.
The ₹65/meal starting price applies to our lightest meals on the monthly plan. Our Mini Tiffin and Dal Rice Mini are available at ₹79/meal on monthly. The ₹65 figure represents the effective per-meal cost when combining multiple meals. Most customers pay ₹79–₹190 per meal depending on the meal and plan chosen.
Yes, without exception. Our kitchen starts at 7 AM every morning. Dal is cooked fresh, rotis are made by hand, sabzi is prepared with the day's vegetables. Nothing is pre-cooked, reheated, or stored from the previous day.
Yes. Just mention it in the special instructions when ordering, or send us a WhatsApp message. We regularly prepare no onion / no garlic (jain-style) meals for customers who follow sattvic or jain diets. We're happy to accommodate.
Our food is cooked at a medium, homestyle spice level — not restaurant-spicy. If you prefer milder food (especially for elderly family members or children), just let us know and we'll reduce the spice level for your tiffin at no extra charge.
